She was friendly, knowledgeable, and easy to talk to. She referred me to a specialist, but didn't give me the names of any of them. My previous doctor gave me the names of several specialists and printed out detailed descriptions of them for me to review and make selection of one of them. I was unable to get through to the office when I tried to phone the office to try to make an appointment. It's very difficult to make an initial appointment with a new provider.
