While waiting for an EKG, I noticed the women behind the desk chatting a lot. Visitors probably other employees would go into the area where the women sat. Long conversations. Do they not have work to do? A gentleman was present chatting with the physical therapy clerk for over half an hour. Unprofessional environment.
Dr. Osburn is the best doctor I've had at Aurora in years!
The 3 people I was in contact with were friendly, kind and professional.
Wonderful experience and it's a comfort to know I now have a primary doctor who listens and cares, takes time to explain things and has my best interests in mind.
Exceptional service
Dr. Osburn was pleasant and efficient. She read my medical records from the hospital and explained what was found. She discussed what changes I could make , so this might not happen again .
Disappointed the doctor didn't really care of my health issues. My retirement doctor really care of my health issues. I wish I have a good doctor who really care of patients. I don't like when this doctor said what can I do for you today? What kind of doctor is that. I am disappointed with this doctor but I have no clue how is my health issues. Thanks for listening.
