This was a first visit with a new PCP and I haven't been to a doctor in a very long time (decades) so I had no expectation that Dr Osburn would have any knowledge of my medical history. However she had looked at my sparse records before I met her so knew a bit about prior treatment. We are starting at ground zero really and I loved her approach to start with my current ailments plus some baseline tests. She was awesome and I quickly felt my anxiety start to calm. I'm so happy to have found a great doctor I connected with.
I'm always treated with great respect. She understands me when I have side effects and answers all my questions.
Dr. Dana Osburn is a superior Primary care doctor and her assisting staff RN's are also superior!
Dr Osburn is a wonderful health care practitioner - very caring, compassionate, knowledgeable and genuinely interested in her patients. Any issues I have do not have to do with her or her excellent level of care, but rather with Aurora's corporate policy of limiting physician allotted time spent with each patient. This seems to do a real disservice to the patient and it does not seem to be in line with their purported concern about their patients. Although I recognize qualified physicians are in short supply, I think the Aurora group should really reconsider the 15 to 20 minute time frame allotted to each patient. Simply not sufficient to adequately address good patient care and patient/ physician relationships.
Dr. Osburn is a passionate, caring doctor. She listens to your concerns, and intelligently answers your questions! Her care is outstanding.
Dr. DANA IS VERY APPROACHABLE AND CARING.
Dr. Osburn is always pleasant and listens to what I have to say... I appreciate that. Referring my daughter to her! She will like her also!! Good doctor.
Time is too short for more discussion
This was a follow up from a hospital stay. I see the surgeon today for detailed information.
Dr. Osburn is very thorough, knowledgeable, and understanding. I'm so grateful she is my PCP.
