Dr Griffin was absolutely fabulous, she new my medical history and so very confident and easy to talk to, I would highly reccommend her to anyone.
Dr Griffin is excellent, but the online check in process told me I had to pay an exorbitant amount before my appointment. Come to find out after I paid that it was an estimate and wasn't actually necessary. Now I have to wait to be reimbursed and no one was sure when that would be.
The person who roomed me never introduced herself to me and was very cold. She wanted me to pick one specific mole that my PCP sent me for. I tried to explain that the referral was per my request to have ALL my moles looked at due to my family history. She never gave me the chance to explain and kept cutting me off insisting there was one particular mole my PCP sent me for. I was extremely upset with her, and contemplated leaving thinking that it would be a waste of time if they are going to just look at one mole. Dr. Griffin and another MA came in and completely eased my worries and looked at every mole, answered every question, and told me what the next steps are given my biopsy results.
Dr. Dana Griffin is a wonderful and caring physician. The level of her care and her patient manner is exceptional!
