I was surprised to see information about the man I live with in MY medical report from the day, even though his information was not reported during this visit. Later A health care worker couldn't find information important to my question about itching after a biopsy. in the report, which I later found, imbedded in a long narrative. Because she couldn't find it to verify, she assumed I was remembering it wrong. For the most part things were done professionally.
