Dr. Griffin got me in within a few days when I called with a concern. She looked carefully at the spot and explained what it was and how to treat it.
I waited over one hour and finally had to leave after being roomed as I had to go to another appointment. I never seen the Physician. I should have been updated that there was a patient emergency and offered to be rescheduled sooner. I do understand there are unexpected issues that come up with patient clinic appointments.
She missed a few spots to freeze I think she could have noticed that were noticeable.
