The receptionists was about the best I have ever seen. So many things were going wrong in the reception area it was really crazy, two people with special needs. She was comforting and watching a guy in a wheel chair. While his caregiver was too busy on the phone. She got everything done with a smile.

I'm not interested in the AI that Aurora is implementing. I don't want to have the conversation go directly to MyChart etc It's impersonal too. I refused to "allow " that during my visit! Maybe make it a patient option if you feel the need to implement it? Are the physicians for AI? Have you included them in the decision?
I had the first appointment of the day. I entered office as front door was unlocked. After waiting in exam room for 30 minutes, with no communication from anyone, I left without seeing the Doctor.

Dr Griffin listens to my concerns and explains things thoroughly. I have complete trust in her which is hard to find in a doctor. She is compassionate and takes the time to talk to you about health issues.
