Dr. Kosempa was amazing. He treated my teenage daughter with care and compassion. He explained things in a way that she understood. His next steps for her recovery were well explained.

It took 54 minutes before I actually was meeting with the provider. I had to wait to have xrays taken, then shuttled back to the lobby as the provider didn't have an exam room available. Had to wait a considerable amount of time between when the medical asst did my intake and when I actually saw the provider. This is probably one of the longest wait times I've ever experienced to see a doctor. The appt was for 9:30 am so I can't believe that the doctor was running that far behind so early in the day.
