this was to be a wellness visit, I filled out the forms, gave to MA. Vitals were taken by MA. Doc came in, did lung/heart check, quick check of my lower legs, wrote on blood work sheet such as kidneys, blood pressure, etc. levels ok or good

I've been a patient of Dr. Schaper since 2003. I have him check all the medication that I received from VA.
