Staff were most welcoming and cordial. Dr. Schaper was very thorough in explaining the results of the labs. He conducted a thorough physical examination. He is always personable and comfortable with whom to chat.

It was a virtual visit - which explains the timing being off - I much prefer a in person visit!

Both the doctor & his nurse/MA were respectful & helpful. As I moved from another state my full past record isn't accessible.
