I just met this doctor after transfer of care from my pervious doctor. He seems nice enough and knowledgeable enough, but I felt nervous to ask all the questions I had based on his demeanor. Also, when he answered some of my questions, I felt he was disappointed (not angry) if I didn't fully understand. Perhaps our communication will get better over time.
The front desk ladies were really nice. I waiting 10-15 mins in the waiting room. Once I was called into the patient room I waited for the doctor about 40 min so my appointment was at 3pm but I didn't get seen til 4pm. The office visit was quick and made another appointment before I left. They did get me in for my second appointment quick. I was disappointed that no one apologized for being a hour late. Otherwise the visit was okay.
Dr Wang was caring, informative, professional, and provided me with the information regarding my medical concerns. This was my first time meeting Dr Wang and his staff and they were exceptional during my complete visit.
