Did not like the "self Serve" approach to examining rooms
I feel very fortunate to have Dr. Wang as my cardiologist.
Dr Wang is wonderful. He knows my health issues and is always encouraging me to continue to exercise to maintain heart health. Gives me confidence that my heart issues are being controlled so I can engage in all the activities I love.
Frustrating to be repeatedly be reminded to arrive 15 minutes before appointments only to consistently be seen 30-45 minutes after appointment time. Not a crisis. Reminds me of the old days but now there is Wi-Fi at least. He is ok. I'm not looking for a change.
My meeting with the Dr was informative. It was very quick and felt rushed. I had more questions I wanted to ask.
All Good!
He needs to quit booking ten patients at the same time!
I had forgotten to ask a question the assistant was kind enough to get Dr.. She had asked if the follow up appointment she scheduled was okay prior to getting the Dr. But never came back. I sat there for a bit and finally decided to try and find someone to see if I could leave.
The whole thing from the lady in the front lobby (I didn't know where to go) to the lady who checked me in. To the nusre and doctor were amazing!
The doctor assumed I had COPD because I was a smoker who quit 20 years ago, and I answered his question about difficulty breathing with the fact that after 2 flights of stairs I do have an issue and at times I use the an inhaler. I have exercise induced asthma. After his assumed diagnosis I quit listening to him. They also scheduled my next appointment without even asking what time works best for me. I spent a grand total of 6 minutes with him.
