I felt I was a number, this appointment was changed several times. Serveal times by him and once by me. So instead of a year it turned out to be 2 years. Why is this allowed to happen. Also I never had this problem when going to Kenosha, so when they set up the appointment for next year I was hoping to be scheduled for an appointment in Kenosha. I was not asked and was told my appointment will be in one year and in Racine. Not what I was hoping for, or expected are we not asked or question if we would like to have different site to see the doctor.
