Dr Wang and his staff were outstanding! Dr Wang truly cares about my health and thoroughly discussed his recommended treatment. He asked if I had any questions, and gave me specific guidance on what I needed to do to improve my medical condition.

We feel very fortunate to have Dr Wang. He takes time to explain and answer questions in terms we understand. He helped navigate a scary time and we feel make the right decision for appropriate care.

I arrived early, they told me they couldn't check me in. I was about an hour and 15 minutes early. I visited the cafe. When I returned there wasn't anyone at the desk for at least 5-10 minutes. When they returned to the desk to check me in another patient came in to see the doctor. the entry to the office is right by the checking area. The other person was in a wheel chair, I moved to allow them to enter, this separated me from the area I needed to make payment. The wheelchair person got agitated by the delay because it appeared to him I was being taken ahead of him. Office layout confusing and not efficient for flow.
