I arrived promptly on time. I was told that there would be a 45 minute delay, but I had to check in immediately or lose my appointment: I could not return in 45 minutes and check in. Aurora: you have a sophisticated customer contact system. I get receipts within minutes. The airlines and AMTRAK text customers to advise of delays. You also have that ability. That you choose to not inform customers of delays when you have the ability to do so, you are providing terrible customer service and are simply inconsiderate.
