Wasn't seen by doctor because she had 2 clients in the office already that she hadn't seen before me she was running late schedule was over lap she is too busy for me looking for another provider

My primary reason for scheduling my appointment was to get lab work done. My appointment was at 8:20am, but the lab availability was well after 11am. I advised the person at the front desk yesterday morning, that the time scheduled was the only time I had available for the lab. She wanted to reschedule, which was not an option for me. I asked her if I could get my lab done anywhere else? She said at the hospital connected to the office. Well, if I would not have asked, I would have not gotten my lab work done yesterday, as her first and and recommendation were to reschedule.
