She was really amazing and sweet! Truly a caring provider and really listened to my history, issues, and concerns. I always say that Nurse practitioners have the brains of a doctor, but the heart of a nurse. She really showed it. I went home and when my family asked about my appointment I did not have anything negative to say. First impressions do count, and she made a good one!
