She was so wonderful and I'm so glad that she was recommended to me by another doctor. She's such a good listener. She's very thorough. She would ask questions. She let me ask questions and she answered me with everything I needed to know.

Extremely happy with service and staff

I could not see my health provider, she was out of the office for a while. I went to see another provider who is in the same clinic. She was fantastic. She was very caring and listened to what I had to say. I was very thankful to have her see me. Together we decided what was best for me. I am very appreciative that she was there to care for me.

Follow up visit. Colleen does a good job. Your pre visit questionnaires are ok but not infrequently I've had to remind receptionists or nurses that I had already completed a pre-visit form. Also, the next phase of pre check-in form seems over kill before arriving for the appointment. I'd question it's value.
