I wish my provider would be able to schedule more time to talk about the several things I needed to discuss. I'm not sure people off the street know to let the scheduler know you as the patient might need more time. That could be an easy fix by asking "Is a 15 minute scheduled visit going to be enough for your concerns when you see your provider? " If not they could schedule more time.

Provider had a busy day, but did see me for an emergent situation. I am very grateful and she is always proactive, responsive, and overall a very nice person and I really appreciate her efforts when one has probably many patients.

I drive 1 hr to go to Aurora; I could easily transfer to a closer provider. However, I am so pleased with how Aurora and my NP meet my medical needs in a prompt, efficient manner. I will drive to my appointments in Oshkosh until they take my driver's license away! I love Aurora!
