My only issue and this is a change in medical care, is understanding what a "complete physical" means. There has definitely been a change. A breast exam was offered, and in fairness, I declined, but I'm not sure why that is not standard procedure. I will get a mammogram in the fall, which is why I declined. My provider's nurse asked if I could give a urine sample to test for glucose, when I had just had blood work done the week prior so I questioned that. The urine was not for a glucose test, but rather for kidney function. So there was a bit of a disconnect there. I also think so many of the health assessment questions don't apply, it seems silly to have to answer some of them, like whole sections! And, I also think it's time to stop requiring masks. I had a hard time filling out the questionnaire because my glasses kept steaming up. All in all, I'm very pleased with my provider.

My child is transgender and is misgendered at EVERY encounter with Aurora; the office, lab, etc. There has not been a single visit in the past 2 years where he is not misgendered. I am an Aurora employee who is on our DE&I council, and it is beyond disheartening to me that my own organization cannot offer some basic education to our staff regarding the LGBTQ+ patients we serve!
