Dr. Considine is truly so important to our family with three kids. My kids love and trust her. I wouldn't be able to have peace of mind without her expertise and guidance. I recommend her often.
Dr. Considine is the best! My children always feel comfortable with her.
Dr Considine always comes in with full knowledge of my daughter's history, she is thorough, compassionate, and proactive. She explained things in a way we both understand and always gives options. We could not be happier with Dr Considine. I'm so incredibly happy we found her for my daughter's care.
I called in the morning and was offered several appointment times. We arrived early to the office and we're taken to the room early. Dr. Considine has always been great with my children during their medical appointments.
The old office I use to go to I felt like I was only heard half the times. Or not listened to. Coming to this office now it's bright welcoming and everyone is so nice. I feel like my questions are valid and not half disregarded. I also love that my sons physician is very welcoming to him whenever he comes in.
The care provided is excellent, both from the staff, the nurses, and the doctor. We love the care provided by pediatrician Colleen; she makes us feel very confident in the care she gives our baby.
Dr. Considine is well educated, compassionate, and a skilled pediatrician.
The phone system is terrible. Can't get in to see my child's pediatrician when my children are sick per phone center. Have to message office in order to get an appointment. HATE the phone system. Would prefer to go back to directly calling the drs office. Was always able to get a sick child in to be seen previously. Love Dr. Considine but communicating with the office is awful because of the phone system and it's negatively impacting the quality of care my children are receiving.
Front desk prompted us for payment for our entire Advocate account. This included charges for medical care for other members of our family, and was not related to this particular visit for this child. Odd.
