Dr Stair and his team are very patient friendly, caring, listen carefully and ask appropriate questions to be sure they fully understand what you have told them. They also make sure you understand your options for treatment with the pros and cons laid out and the likelihood of a favorable outcome or the possibility / probability of a negative outcome. They were careful to let me know what symptoms need to be reported and how to do so including encouraging me to call with any questions or concerns. I am pleased to report a positive outcome which has significantly changed my ability to function and participate more fully in my own life.
