I didn't like the letter that came highlighted with all the things I should have done before the appointment. I did not like the question about my personal health, I only want to share what I feel is needed... I want to feel I have a right to say no to filling those sheets out... It's my decision to take care of my health. I am in good health other than the COPD. If I have a problem I will make an appointment.
