Claire was excellent. She listens well and has a "wellness" focus which aligns with my values.

The minimum time to call this facility has been close to 15 minutes before anyone questions ! I think you need to hire More Staff to answer the phones ! I think the first impression patient get when they need your service is now long does it take to talk to someone ! (Claire was very professional and caring)
