I have chronic illnesses and the doctor would not fill out fmla papers for me to be covered on my job in case I get ill.
Dr. Chuka explained everything to me in great detail. He adjusted my one medication, which will help me stay healthy. I am pleased to have finally found a physician as great as Dr. Chuka. He listens and answers any questions that his patients ask of him.
