Dr. Chuka and Assistant are the best ever. They equally care. Always willing to go above and beyond. Dr. Chuka even answers back in the Live well app.

Professional, pleasant and easy to talk to. Listened carefully to me and patiently explained my medical next steps and procedures in a way I could understand! I was very happy with my new doctor!

I had a very fantastic first time visit with my new physician listen attentively explained any questions, was a little late and apologize for it with an explanation, I'm looking forward to this new patient doctor bonding, after having previous doctor for 15 years...I'll have to practice his name though.

The doctor provides very good service. But the receptionists at the entrance are not friendly. And sometimes they don't help when you have questions or need something. Also, you have to wait a long time at the reception before going to the appointment that was already scheduled with the doctor.

I needed an appointment, but my regular PCP had nothing available. However, I was able to get a "next day appointment" with Dr Chuka N, which was greatly appreciated.

All the staff was polite and professional I had no problem whatsoever
