Was very easy to get an appointment to see Christy at the last minute when my problem came about. Everyone was very efficient and friendly.

I HATE that Aurora has taken away the "personal touch" ! I live in a small town, my doctor is right up the road and I can't even call that office directly anymore. Same thing with msging through the app. From now on, I'll walk in the front door when I need my doctor!

This was my first visit with this physician so some of these questions are not pertinent

Christy Brown was great!! She listens well and explains things in a way you understand. She is not in a rush to get you out of the office.
