The staff are always polite and engaging. The doctor is very through. Takes the time to listen.

The doctor gave good suggestions but seemed nervous and unsure with both of my kids.

Dr Zablocki always has time with his patients. Asks questions and gives you time to ask questions. Dr Zablocki is the best. Has a genuine and honest care for the individual.

The time was taken to address every issue. I had the opportunity to explain what lead up to the appointment. I was given the opportunity to ask questions and to give my input. I was given all the options to resolve my issues. I did receive compassionate care. I was completely satisfied with the outcome of my visit. My fears were alleviated. I have complete trust and faith in my provider.

He doesn't rush me and listens to me. Answers any questions I have.
