Dr Z was so helpful. I was in his office looking for a referral for physical therapy. My arm is numb. He looked up and printed out excercised to help me get back mobility in my neck , back and arm. I've done the excercises once and will be keeping doing them. I was able to sleep last night for the first time in three weeks. Thankyou Dr!!
