Didn't feel like I was important. Asked for a doc note for a yearly gout excuse (3-4 times a month up to 2 days a flare up) and doctor only limited me to having only 3 gout flare ups a year.

This was a new doctor that I had never met, but he was a gentleman, and he was very sensitive to my needs and understanding that I'm elderly and even recommended a lady who works with elderly patients and he followed up on getting me all the help that I needed I would recommend him to anyone.
Dr Zablocki is always on time for my appointments, so nice when other offices/doctors can keep you waiting in their lobby and then again in the exam room. Dr Zablocki and is staff is very friendly knowledgeable and helpful. When Dr Zablocki walks into the exam room he already knows of any recent changes or additions to my chart like surgeries, tests etc. This shows he takes time to review my history before he even walks into the room. That shows he has the caring initiative that other providers, doctors lack. Dr Zablocki always listens carefully to my concerns and suggests additional things I can do to help me maintain a healthy lifestyle. It's refreshing to walk into his office and receive such great care. Kudos to the entire staff at 4100 Dewey Street Manitowoc Wi.
