In my own personal opinion I like Dr Christopher zablocki as my primary care doctor I think he's a very good primary care doctor and I hope that he can continue to keep my health on track as the month of the years go by

This was my first visit and I was made very comfortable and everything was explained well

Everyone was very professional. My mental health is kind of a roller coaster at times and they really took the time to go in depth to help find alternatives for me to achieve my goals. The staff and doctor I worked with didn't make me feel like an average patient. You can tell they really care about the patients they see and want them to overcome any medical obstacles and live happy and healthy lives. Thank you Aurora team!

Always rushed

All good so far I was only there a little ones for my initial appointment doctor will now be my personal care physician

Dr. Zablocki is very knowledgeable, alert to any medical issues, and answers questions carefully. I highly recommend him.
