Everyone in the group was kind and professional. They mostly told me what to expect during each step of the procedure. I was surprised, though, when the tech explained that she'd be "flushing", and the next I knew I was having the test. It was scary since I wasn't expecting that it was the actual test. Thank goodness Dr. Marowski was there to describe what was happening, how I was reacting, and reassuring me that he and the staff were there for me. He described how I'd be reacting to the process and stayed until my functioning was back to normal.
Everyone was so friendly and helpful the tech was great and explained everything to me was good to see Dr marowski
I didn't feel like he listened to my comments and questions. Would interrupt and cut me off mid sentence. Felt like this at my last visit but gave it another try.
Both his nurse and Dr. M were prompt, courteous, thorough and very clear. I am so glad I transferred my care to Dr. M.
Dr. Marowski explained my condition and the treatment in a way I could clearly ubderstand.
Going to the hospital for any reason is very scary for me as soon as I walked in the door I was greeted making me feel comfortable right away. I was directed where I needed to go everyone was extremely nice and polite
