He always listens you and Explain things clearly

I did not have a problem with my doctor or nurse but the customer service stinks. Customer service sat there gossiping while trying to check me in. She collected my copay but never check me in. I sat in the waiting room for over 1 hour. I finally went to another customer service rep to find out what happened that was when I found out that she never checked me in. The doctor & nurse apologized but the customer service rep did not apologize. Please try to find competent people to work. Customer service is the backbone of any company it reflects the fabric of your organization.
