Dr. Sullivan is very easy to talk to. He is always up beat and always attentive to what I have to say.

He's so patient and seams to understand the things you're saying.

The experience with Dr. Sullivan and his assistant was great, When I checked in T the front desk. I was told I needed my referral updated. I ask the person who check me in to call my Doctor office and have him put it in the system because I did not have a phone with me. She refused, I was told by her that she was not allowed to do that. I found that to be an awful response. Advocate is Advocate all connected. Sometimes going the extra miles would be a nice thing to do for seniors. It was not busy at the time.
