My experience was great! I was seen at my appointment time . Dr. Sullivan is always patient and kind, his listen skills are excellent,, he never disregard what you are saying. He address any issues you are having and appears to be honestly concerned about your health and well being. He assistance had a great attitude. The staff at the front desk was joyfully and made you feel welcome. The staff understands that customer service is the key to success.
