Dr Anderson answered all my questions. Took time to explain needed bone density and mammogram and staff helped in making appointments which I appreciated very much

The office staff seemed a little confused when trying to help me schedule lab/imaging appointments. When I questioned anything about insurance, I was told I'd have to call my insurance myself. In my past experience at offices, the staff was always willing and able to help more. In addition, the list of specialist doctors they gave me for a referral was over 10-15 years old. They told me to check and see if these doctors were even in practice anymore. A more recent and updated list would have been helpful.

Doctors are not friendly dont feel comfortable when I go there .. people checking you in once you get in the room are ok .. this place is just not very welcoming. Also dress codes for nurses or aides should also be addressed... tattoos should be covered up .. Just everything I come here just don't feel very warm ..very cold people that work there!!
