Dr. Berg made the dreaded annual exam as pleasant as I've ever had it. She did all she needed to, was clearly focused on that, but was also very agile in distracting me in the best way. She was knowledgeable, helpful, and enjoyable - this last part is saying a LOT when it comes to this particular experience. :)
