I love the nurses, MA, and DR. Berg. However, the front desk lady who checked me in was extremely rude and unprofessional. She had little patience and very rudely said that my "state insurance" needed to be updated. She clearly had opinions on that matter despite the fact that I updated my insurance to what my employer provides to me. I can't imagine how she makes people feel that aren't fortunate enough to have employer sponsored insurance.

I was apprehensive going to a new GYN physician. I've never had a GYN physician enter the exam room introduce herself and talk to me with my clothes on prior to the exam. I thought that was extremely comforting to me. She made me so relaxed. She was amazing! I'm definitely recommending her to my daughter

This visit was a continuation of a health 'mystery' that we are trying to solve. The question of what it is is still outstanding but eventually we'll figure it out.

DR Berg is exceptional! I love her way of practice, making me feel comfortable and more than just another patient, even when our visit is short most times, which is a good thing for me especially with my busy schedule. I will keep driving 45 minutes to continue my health care with her as long as I'm able. Doctors like her just don't exist anymore. Thank you DR Berg!
