As someone with a very complicated case of ptsd I appreciate how many steps the staff here take to make sure I feel safe and comfortable. Even if the procedure itself wasn't I still felt safe enough to voice discomfort and questions without feeling judged as well as being encouraged to discuss those thoughts and feelings. It seems small but it's genuinely helped a lot with my healing process.

After being assigned this new primary doctor over 2+ years ago, I think she is finally getting to know me. I sense that the doctors are often not given sufficient time with their patients. Also, that sometimes messages are not entirely accurately communicated as they are relayed among the staff members.
