Dr Crumbliss and the entire office are absolutely phenomenal. I always feel so well cared for every time I come. I was seen on time, I felt she really listened to me, I felt very included in the conversation and discussion and that I was being listened to. This was an appointment where I was really hoping to discuss something that was frustrating and concerning for me, and Dr. Crumbliss was so attentive and walked me through a number of options. She also set very clear expectations for what to expect from a new medication, and outlined a plan for my next follow up appointment. It was also so convenient and so nice for everybody to come to the room to schedule my next appointment, Get my labs done and provide me with the material that I needed. I also had my labs results about 24hrs later, and an explanation from Dr Crumbliss through MyChart. I also will say that I really enjoyed the opportunity to use the AI tool during this appointment. I really felt that the note was extremely detailed and comprehensive. I've always felt the notes represented our appointments, but I imagine the efficiency is welcomed on top of the impressive accuracy. All around, phenomenal appointment! I love six points and Dr. Crumbliss. I usually try to note the names of each person I interact with during my appointments. Unfortunately, I didn't do that this time. Please know that front desk PSR, MA, Lab tech, and scheduler were all wonderful.
