I feel Dr. Moore understood my concern completely and addressed how to follow through with a solution. She was friendly and kind.

In the future, if a provider is going to be more than 20 minutes later than a scheduled appointment time, I would appreciate a nurse coming in to notify me.

My visit with Dr. Moore was excellent. She was open, answered all my questions and explain what was going on with my spine. She eased a lot of my worries.
