MA did not ask my last name or DOB
I thought I was to see Dr Moore but instead it was her PA. In fact I thought it was Dr Moore I was initially talking to. It would have been better if her PA introduced herself. It was only after intake and questions that I had that Dr Moore came in.
Dr. Moore is a caring and knowledgeable doctor.
This provider seemed like she knew her stuff but her staff team didn't seem pleasant/friendly.
Dr Moore and I did not communicate well. Half of that was my fault because I did not know why I was there when I walked in. I thought I was there to discus the meds I would be given when I have my surgery. Dr Moore informed that the reason I was there is to be assessed for an epidural. I still don't know what that would do, but I will call my family doctor to find out.

The doctor and nurse practitioner were friendly, thorough and caring.
They were very nice and very informative to me
I felt as though she listened, her and assistant, I am going to follow through with what she said and hope for the best.
They were awesome!!
