Vitkus and her MA were amazing and kind. Vitkus listened to all my concerns and came up with a plan to help me with my problems.
I live the office and staff but do not like how long it takes to get an appointment or a follow up appointment.
The provider didn't seem aware that we had communicated by email prior and I thought we were going to proceed with HRT options. I was told immediately that it wasn't an option for me. The appointment could have been handled with a simple phone call saying they weren't able to give me hrt rather than being charged for an office visit.
She was very helpful providing information on a subject I asked about.
After years of going to Assension/Wheaton/Allsaints, the brief time I have had in moving to Aurora has been amazing! It's a astounding the difference when I as a patient am listened to and spoken to as a human being and not like I am wasting time of doctors. I wish I would have changed so much sooner.
