He was very personable and explained everything and gave me advice as what to do next. He recommended to see an allergist and gave me information on who he would recommend and I contact his office. Would like to say thank you to Dr. Garvey will definitely come back if I need an ENT.
In general, all the things I talk to when I make an appointment you people have been more than prompt and answering my questions in full detail. Thanks and taking care of my needs as well when I'm there very thorough thank you.

I didn't feel like Dr. Garvey listened to me or explained options in a way I could understand. When I asked what he recommended, he told me he didn't care. That's not very helpful and isn't appropriate to say to your patient.

Very poor bedside manner, didn't seem to listen to other concerns that I had. Dr was literally in room with me for 15 min
