Dr Garvey and his staff are the best! I would continue to see him even if he moved his practice out of state.
Dr. Garvey was great at the medical service provided; however, it seems that the Aurora ENT medical providers are hugely over-worked and understaffed. It took 6 weeks to see Dr Garvey for 30 minutes.
Very happy with the doctor and staff. They explained everything and did a minor procedure that day without having to schedule another appointment.

He seemed very rushed and almost annoyed I was there for the reason I was there. Thankfully the nurse stayed behind and finished answering my questions.
It was extremely difficult to communicate w the providers office in order to FAX some records before the visit and then confirm that they got them. There was a telephone "gatekeeper" who would not let me communicate directly with providers office. I will give the communication system a big fat zero!!!! Frustrating!!!
He basically told me there was nothing he could do to help me. I felt very defeated.
