Doctor Christopher Garvey is very knowledgeable and displays himself very professional. Doctor Garvey is very helpful regrading my illness situations. He also preferred me to see neurologist might have some answers to my illness situation. I wish there's more doctors like doctor Garvey , that is a good listener.
Dr Garvey prescribed some nasal spray and using it 2 times -my nose does not seem to run or drip which had been going on for years and just told by other providers was old age
It's not my NP I'm more concerned about the fact that we can't communicate with them when we have a problem. We are told by an automated system to wait up to an hour as t times and when he get someone and ask to speak with the person who's call you are trying to teturn you get nowhere an hour out of my day totally wasted. The last two appointments I made I had to drive to the clinic and make them myself in person, another wasted hour. I think your new system is the worst thing ever and our days of good medical care are coming to an end. It's probably just all about the money. Very sad.
Everyone friendly respectful and aware of my history. They answered my questions and followed up with phone calls regarding lab results and new medication. It has been a positive experience for me.
I assume that, he made a decision about my reason for being there based on some chart info from my past. It did not matter how I tried to explain it, he had his decision made and would not consider anything else. We agreed that if my problem should flare up again, I would call right away for an appointment.

This was a same day visit. Issue taken care of. I would have been creeped out if he would have talked to me about injury prevention or any other health issues. He got me in urgently, fixed my problem, and offered his services anytime I needed them. You should reward providers for doing job and stop asking them to do nonsense busy work. 2 thumbs up to entire team.
