I did not feel heard. I've had continuous ear pain for months and he basically told me I'm fine since my hearing test and CT look fine. Said it could be a problem in my middle ear but he doesn't do that. I'm not sure who to go to now. I thought ENT's are middle ear as well. I'm not sure what to do at this point.
Overall experience was okay. The doctor wanted the nurse to put ear drops in my ear. But they couldn't find any to put in my ear. I thought it's a medical clinic and they have no ear drops. Nice
Dr Garvey Was one of the best I have ever seen. He was patient in listening . I think he is one of the best
Enjoyed the conversation and the frankness of this doctor. Explaining everything that was on the CT scan report. And making it so that a lay person could understand. Thank you again Dr Garvey.

For a ENT, I would expect my exam to include my ears and throat, not just my nose. Pretty disappointing visit Doctor & asst very nice I don't know anything more about my sinuses than I did before my visit.

I had the impression this dr was only interested in doing sinus surgery, if not was referred to pcp or pulmonologist. It took months to get an appointment with no solid advice or treatment plan. I only got a prescription, which is a temporary relief. It's frustrating going to multiple doctors and none are getting to the root cause and treating the problem!!!
