I would say the wait time before being seen is too long. Why say to get to appt at a certain time if you won't be seen until 20 min later.

Everyone is so helpful & courteous....I especially commend the employees in the pharmacy. The pharmacist (he has a beard/don't know name) was extremely helpful in explaining everything regarding the insurance hurdles & taking the prescription when I got home. Kudos to this staff!!!
