From the time you walk in, the people at the front desk were friendly setting up with your doctor that you were there to see her/him. Then within minutes a nurse came to escort you to the room & talk with you on how you feel or if you have any questions with the doctor. Then the doctor comes in & you have a very good discussion of what your concerns are & you get a good explanation of what you do. She does take the time to listen & give you sound advice that you know she cares for you.
