I had to wait about a 45 minutes to actually see the doctor. She was not prepared to go over my paperwork and concerns. Some of the wait, was the doctor trying to access my paperwork online before actually seeing me.

As always, an excellent quality of care experience. Dr. Hawkins is extremely professional, knowledgeable, educated, caring and personable. I'm so happy my retired doctor referred her to me and my family. She is an amazing addition to your medical team. Thank you!!!
I felt the nurse and Dr Hawkins were rushed [a meeting] and could not hear me out on my concerns. I fasted so that I could get my blood work done...my PSA...my A1C ... Cholesterol...vit D level. The nurse said that she had no time to make the order so I still need this. I Would like to complete my visit if possible as I have questions/concerns.
I am so happy to have such a competent doctor as my new primary care provider!

I Thank Ms Hawkins for taking the time to explain to me about my xray. And steps that I need to take for the chronic pain in my back. And resources she gave to take for getting better. Much Thanks To Ms Hawkins
She started our visit late, seemed irritated/offended that I wanted to discuss recommendations another provider suggested I discuss with her, and she didn't have documentation of things I'd advised her of at my last visit. She also attempted to revise history regarding how some of my bloodwork testing came to be (her requesting because she was closely monitoring my levels versus me having to repeatedly ask her test certain things, including me having to send a mychart message after initial blood work was done to repeat my request for certain tests). She was also very short with me and her demeanor was very abrasive in comparison to my last visit with her.
